FAQs
Q: Do I have to have experience with nature or somatic exercises to participate?
A: No experience necessary! Simple and easy to integrate grounding and exercises will be offered. You can choose to adapt them as is needed for your own comfort level.

Q: What if my baby is fussy?
A: This group is for YOU! There is full invitation to take care of yourself and your baby during our time together. This may look like feeding/nursing, bouncing, rocking, standing with baby in an carrier, or exiting the circle for a moment if you need a minute to comfort a crying baby. Whatever you need to be comfortable. If crying becomes loud during sharing circle portion, you can exit the circle, enjoy the spacious park, and come back when things are calm.

Q: What if I can't make it to a session?
A: No worries! Life happens and this group is all about permission to be where you're at. That being said, this is a small group with the intention of building authentic connection, so if you can make it to all or as many sessions as possible, it helps with the group connection and cohesion. If you are sick, of course stay home, and I can fill you in on what we did in your absence and you can stay connected via the WhatsApp group.
